GentleTent USA Refund Policy
You may return your unopened product to us within 30 days of receipt. The customer will be liable for any shipping costs incurred with sending back the product (please use either UPS or FedEx for return shipping and save the tracking number, GentleTent USA is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the product must be unopened and un-damaged.
If your is delivered with damaged packaging:
- If driver asks for signature, refuse delivery as damaged then immediately contact sales@GentleTentUSA.com.
- If damage box is delivered without requiring your signature, please immediately telephone 610-306-0574. We will ask for photos/videos and then advise you of the next step on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
