GENTLETENTS ARE NOT MEANT TO BE USED AS A FLOTATION DEVICE!

You may have seen photos of GentleTents on the water.  These were pre-production photos meant only to demonstrate the lightweight technology of the products to potential investors. Even though some GentleTents use the same drop-stitch technology as inflatable boats and paddle boards, GentleTents were not engineered for the stability and directional control of a water craft.

Please leave your GentleTent firmly fastened to your car and staked down properly to the ground.
